PHOENIX Retail, LLC, operating the Express brand, is seeking a Retail Operations Expert for our Mayfair store to enhance the in-store shopping experience by ensuring product availability and proper sizing across the sales floor. The role includes coaching stockroom staff, processing shipments, replenishment, pricing, and customer checkout support, while upholding Express’s customer experience standards.

Candidates should have high school or equivalent, 0–2 years experience, and comfort with iPad

Responsabilidades

• Provide coaching and training for stockroom associates as needed.
• Process shipping and receiving orders according to Express standards.
• Replenish product on the sales floor and ensure accurate pricing.
• Support check-out and assist customers with locating products and online orders.
• Deliver on all aspects of the customer experience model.
