Responsibilities

• Use POS systems and manage inventory, cycle counts, and shrink.
• Assist General Manager with HR issues, scheduling, and staff development.
• Ensure store safety, brand and operating standards, and loss prevention adherence.
• Supervise cash handling and coordinate with corporate finance.
