Qualifications

• 3–5 years retail management experience
• Ability to lead in a high-volume, complex location
• Strong recruiting, hiring and training capabilities
• Excellent communication and analytical skills
• Ability to manage budgets and controllable expenses effectively

Responsibilities

• Read and review P&L to identify improvements
• Supervise inventory, cycle counts and loss prevention
• Assist GM with HR issues and budgeting
• Ensure brand and operating standards are met
• Deliver exceptional customer service and quick checkout experience
• Oversee scheduling and store presentation
• Coordinate safety and OSHA compliance
• Manage payroll, hiring, and policy adherence
