Job summary

Floor & Decor is seeking an experienced Store Operations Manager in Rancho Cucamonga, CA to lead daily store performance, sales, customer service, and associate development in accordance with company guidelines.

You will read P&L, manage inventory, budgeting, scheduling, safety, and loss prevention, while ensuring brand and operating standards. 3-5 years retail management and strong leadership are required; travel occasional.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years retail management experience.
• Ability to perform in a high volume, highly complex location.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee store operations to maximize profitability and safety.
• Review and manage profit and loss statements to identify improvements.
• Use POS systems to manage inventory and cycle counts.
• Maintain inventory integrity and supervise cycle counts.
• Support General Manager on HR, scheduling, and loss prevention duties.
• Ensure brand and operating standards meet expectations and drive profitability.
• Direct customer service and store presentation to enhance the shopper experience.
