Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be willing and able to work all shifts and some overtime as needed.
• At least 2 years of management experience required.
• At least 2 years of retail experience required.
• At least 1 year of Shopify experience required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Customer Service team.
• Provide exceptional customer service through multiple channels.
• Conduct weekly reporting meetings with the CEO.
• Manage fraud and missing package claims.
