Your role focuses on coaching, scheduling, KPI analysis, inventory control, and regulatory compliance to drive performance and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Education and experience must exceed 4 years.
• In a leadership role: 2 years supervising retail operations professionals.
• In a technical role: 4–6 years in store management, merchandising, and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Ensure adherence to SOPs through audits and coaching.
• Provide guidance and scheduling for shifts and staff.
• Analyze KPIs and adjust actions to meet unit goals.
• Oversee daily inventory checks and vendor coordination.
• Review timekeeping and manage overtime to stay compliant.
• Ensure brand standards and store presentation meet requirements.
• Handle customer and associate issues to improve service and revenue.
• Train associates and Shift Managers on initiatives and changes.
• Maintain safety compliance with regulatory standards.
• Stay proficient with management systems and new tech.
