Job summary

Avolta, including Dufry and HMSHost affiliates, seeks a Retail Multi-Unit Manager II to provide operational leadership at Seattle Tacoma International Airport. You will oversee zones with up to $20M in revenue and drive standard operating procedures, staffing, and financial performance.

Ideal candidates have 6+ years in retail operations, with 2+ years leading teams, and a Bachelor’s degree in a related field. This on-site role requires strong vendor coordination and customer engagement focus.

Qualifications

• Over 6 years combined education and experience; leadership experience required.
• 2 years supervising a retail operations team.
• 6–8 years of retail operations experience in store management and customer service programs.
• Bachelor’s degree can count for 3 of the 6 years requirement.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple retail locations with accountability for SOPs and brand standards across zones.
• Monitor labor compliance, timekeeping, and budget adherence for hourly staff.
• Schedule managers to ensure coverage and oversee hiring, onboarding, and training.
• Manage inventory, planogram execution, and vendor coordination across zones.
• Analyze KPIs and collaborate on financial decisions with leadership.
