Dufry Careers is seeking a Retail Multi-Unit Manager II to lead operations at Tucson International Airport. You will drive store performance, ensure SOP adherence, and manage a zone of retail locations with a focus on revenue, safety, and customer experience.

The role requires substantial leadership in retail operations, inventory, and staff development, with responsibilities spanning scheduling, training, and vendor coordination. On-site presence and strategic execution are key.

Qualifications

• Education and Experience: >6 years total experience.
• In leadership role: 2 years supervising a team of retail operations professionals.
• In a technical role: 6–8 years retail ops delivering store management and merchandising programs.
• Bachelor's degree can count for 3 of the 6 years requirement.
• Specialized Training: knowledge of state/federal retail, safety, and employment regulations.
• Proficiency in POS, inventory management, scheduling, and reporting tools.
• Ability to analyze retail KPIs including sales per square foot and inventory turnover.
• Understanding of retail space optimization and seasonal merchandising.
• Business acumen with retail operations mindset to advance goals.
• Experience with brand partners, landlords, and store teams.

Responsibilities

• Ensure SOPs across multiple locations with reviews and corrective actions.
• Monitor timekeeping and overtime for hourly staff within budgets.
• Schedule managers to cover hours and oversee hiring and onboarding.
• Oversee inventory management, planogram execution, and shrink minimization.
• Analyze operational data and collaborate on strategic initiatives.
• Maintain proficiency in POS, inventory, scheduling, and reporting systems.
• Train staff and uphold brand standards and landlord relations.
• Develop revenue growth through promotions and marketing programs.
• Ensure safety compliance and wellness training for teams.
• Oversee maintenance and cleanliness across zones.
