This role requires 4+ years in retail operations leadership, a Bachelor's degree, and the ability to work varied shifts.

Qualifications

• Over 4 years combined education and professional experience in retail operations leadership.
• 2+ years supervising a team of retail operations professionals.
• 4–6 years retail ops experience in store management, merchandising and customer service.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach Shift Managers and associates to meet SOPs and standards.
• Monitor KPIs such as sales per square foot, turnover, shrink and conversion.
• Oversee inventory procedures, vendor coordination and receiving processes.
• Ensure brand standards, visual merchandising and store presentation.
• Manage scheduling, labor compliance and overtime control.
• Train and develop staff and act as liaison between frontline staff and leadership.
• Analyze data and provide actionable insights to improve performance and revenue.
