Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in a similar role, preferably in retail operations or hospitality.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop teams to achieve goals.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Effective time management and ability to prioritize in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Physically able to lift up to 50 pounds as needed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee inventory management, replenishment, order fulfillment, and ensure standards are met.
• Lead visual merchandising, promotions, and store maintenance to drive sales.
• Partner with the team to deliver exceptional service and meet store goals.
• Coach and develop team members with training on processes and performance metrics.
