Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of leadership in retail, hospitality, or service.
• Proven ability to coach and inspire teams to achieve goals.
• Strong sales and client service skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire coaches and empower team members to deliver exceptional client service and achieve sales goals
• Drive performance through strong client engagement, product knowledge, and personalized recommendations
• Coach for growth with ongoing feedback and development to elevate team performance
• Train and develop: onboarding and continuous learning in service excellence, loyalty programs, product expertise, and brand initiatives
• Execute daily operations: assist with inventory, merchandising, and store standards
• Foster inclusivity and teamwork: promote openness where everyone feels empowered
• Uphold Sephora standards: follow policies and create a safe and enjoyable shopping experience
