Job summary

Victoria’s Secret & Co. is seeking an Operations Manager to drive store-level operational execution and maintain a premier shopping environment.

This leader reports to the Store Manager and oversees back-of-house, inventory, and staff performance to ensure product availability and a consistent customer experience. Responsibilities include shipments, replenishment, inventory accuracy, and ensuring safety and asset protection while supporting floorset readiness and store launches.

Qualifications

• Strong execution and operational expertise.
• Strong selling, coaching, and business ownership mindset.
• Experience using insights to drive performance.
• Experience developing talent and building team capability.
• 3+ years of retail leadership experience preferred.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and a flexible schedule.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds, and to stand for long periods.
• Ability to use technology (headsets, mobile devices, computers).

Responsibilities

• Execute shipment, replenishment, and inventory processes to maintain product availability.
• Maintain back-of-house organization and operational efficiency.
• Ensure inventory accuracy and compliance with standards.
• Uphold cleanliness, safety, and asset protection requirements.
• Support floorsets and product launches.
• Lead and develop direct reports, including Selling Associates.
