Job summary

Victoria’s Secret & Co. is seeking an Operations Supervisor to lead store readiness and in-store execution, reporting to the Store Manager. This role centers on delivering a premier customer experience and upholding brand standards.

You will manage shipments, replenishment, inventory accuracy, cleanliness, safety, and compliance while coaching associates and leading daily operations. A 1–2 year retail background, strong attention to detail, and flexibility for nights and weekends are required.

Qualifications

• Passion for Victoria’s Secret Brand and the ability to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Strong attention to detail and execution.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to coach in real time.
• 1–2 years retail experience preferred.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds, as well as frequent bending, stretching, kneeling, walking, and prolonged standing as part of daily tasks.
• Ability to use technology (headsets, mobile devices, computers).

Responsibilities
