lululemon, a leader in performance apparel, is seeking an Assistant Manager, Operations to oversee store operations, payroll, scheduling, and budget management. You will drive inventory accuracy, vendor relationships, and facilities maintenance to support a seamless guest experience.

Qualifications

• 1 year experience managing business operations and administration.
• Experience with scheduling and managing designated labor hours.
• Experience managing projects or processes.

Responsibilities

• Implement the Store Manager’s Operations vision for the store.
• Plan and prepare weekly team member schedule according to labor requirements, availability, and budget.
• Move dynamically on the retail floor to assess and fulfill needs.
• Review, monitor, and partner with Store Manager to manage the budget and other business data and metrics (P&L, expenses).
• Provide retail floor leadership to team members, including planning floor coverage.
• Support sell-through management by ensuring accuracy of inventory counts.
• Execute company-level operations-focused directives.
• Understand and adhere to safety policies.
• Perform work in accordance with policies and laws.
