Job summary

Sephora in Baltimore is hiring an Operations Leader to drive store performance, oversee the operations team, manage inventory and merchandising, and coach others.

You will ensure brand standards, lead by example, and foster an inclusive, collaborative environment while delivering an exceptional client experience.

The role is full-time with 30–40 hours weekly, requires 2+ years of leadership in retail or hospitality, and offers healthcare and wellbeing benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in a similar role, preferably in retail operations or hospitality.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Effective time management and ability to prioritize in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead with impact by overseeing inventory management, replenishment, order fulfillment, and maintaining operational standards.
• Drive brand presentation through visual merchandising, events, and store maintenance to support sales and Sephora branding.
• Support client experience by partnering with the team to deliver exceptional service and help achieve store goals.
• Coach and develop team members to build a fulfilling path at Sephora while learning operational processes and company initiatives.
• Foster inclusivity and teamwork by promoting a culture of openness and empowerment.
