Job summary

Sephora MD-Harbor East in Baltimore seeks an Operations Leader to drive store performance, overseeing inventory, merchandising and coaching the team to deliver an exceptional client experience.

You will lead with accountability, uphold Sephora's standards, support peak hours staffing, and partner with the team to achieve store goals while fostering an inclusive, collaborative culture.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in a similar role, preferably in retail operations or hospitality.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead with impact by overseeing inventory management, replenishment, order fulfillment, and maintaining operational standards.
• Drive brand presentation through visual merchandising, promotions, and store maintenance to support sales.
• Support client experience by partnering with the team to deliver exceptional service and hit store goals.
• Coach and develop team members, guiding them on Sephora processes, selling behaviors, and performance metrics.
• Foster inclusivity and teamwork, promoting a culture of openness and accountability.
• Uphold Sephora standards by following policies and ensuring a safe, enjoyable shopping environment.
