• Guide and train team members to build a fulfilling path at Sephora while learning processes, selling behaviors, metrics, and initiatives.
• Foster inclusivity and teamwork and support a culture of accountability and success.
• Follow company policies and maintain a safe, enjoyable shopping experience for all.
