You’ll lead with impact, manage replenishment and order fulfillment, uphold Sephora brand standards, and foster an inclusive, high-performing culture. This full-time hourly role requires strong communication and hands-on leadership.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of leadership in retail or hospitality.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.

• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed.
