Job summary

Nestlé Nespresso USA is seeking a retail boutique leader in Newport Beach to oversee operations, inventory management and customer experience.

You will partner with the Boutique Manager and Assistant Manager to enforce procedures, manage stock, handle shipments, and lead the back-of-house team while serving as MOD for front-of-house when needed. A strong retail background and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or GED.
• 3+ years in retail or customer service roles.
• Experience in operations or back-of-house is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations and inventory management with the Boutique Manager and Assistant Manager.
• Troubleshoot IT systems and manage support tickets to keep back-of-house running smoothly.
• Maintain and train staff on coffee roaster, engraver, and the To-Go/tasting bar.
• Coordinate same-day delivery and online in-store pickups to ensure high service levels.
• Identify and implement process improvements to boost efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Enforce health, safety, and environmental policies and lead safety initiatives.
• Act as Manager on Duty for front-of-house and support sales floor as needed.
