Job summary

Trulieve in Columbus, OH is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead store operations and staff, ensuring strong customer service and regulatory compliance. You will partner with the General Manager to drive sales, oversee inventory, and coach a team across shifts.

The role requires 2+ years in management, cash handling skills, and ability to train a 40+ person team while maintaining brand standards and SOP adherence.

Qualifications

• Two years of related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Prior management experience, preferably in retail and/or customer service area is a плюс.
• Must have prior cash handling experience.
• Must possess the ability to train, develop and evaluate a team of 40+ employees.
• Strong interpersonal skills and professionalism to communicate with all levels of management and staff; ability to uphold a strict level of confidentiality and discretion.
• Able to communicate in conversational English to work effectively with customers and team members.
• Proven ability to analyze data and draw appropriate conclusions to inform policies and procedures.
• Ability to interact with customers and team members respectfully and politely.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the General Manager to plan and implement strategies to drive service standards and positive sales results.
• Maintain brand standards in visual merchandising.
• Ensure consistent regulatory compliance with all state specific regulations.
• Review, communicate and ensure compliance with all company SOPs and communicate changes to employees.
• Provide coaching, training, and development to the team focused on service standards and accountability.
• Monitor and maintain store inventory.
• Handle and resolve patient issues and escalations when on duty.
• Maintain professional relationships with business partners.
• Assist in managing labor budget to meet business needs.
• Maintain confidentiality and compliance.
• Perform other tasks assigned by management.
