Job summary

Trulieve is seeking a General Manager in Columbus, OH to lead store personnel, manage inventory, hit KPIs and ensure smooth daily operations while maintaining regulatory compliance. You will oversee coaching, scheduling, and training to uphold service standards, drive sales, and maintain brand consistency.

This role demands strong leadership, integrity, and excellent communication with staff and partners. 45+ hours weekly; equal opportunity employer; salary will be commensurate with experience

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; four years of related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Prior management experience, preferably in retail and/or customer service areas.
• Must have prior cash handling experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise store personnel to achieve KPIs and ensure efficient daily operations.
• Maintain brand standards in visual merchandising and customer experience.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with all state-specific regulations.
• Communicate and ensure compliance with company SOPs and changes to employees.
• Provide coaching, training, and development to the team (40+ employees).
• Schedule effectively within labor budget to meet business needs.
