Job summary

Sephora is seeking an Operations Leader to drive store operations and enhance the client experience at our Anchorage location.

You will lead the operations team, oversee inventory and merchandising, coach others, and promote a culture of accountability and inclusivity while ensuring standards and safety.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in retail operations or hospitality.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop teams to achieve goals.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Effective time management and ability to prioritize in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Motivating teams and fostering a collaborative, goal-driven culture of accountability.
• Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead inventory management, replenishment, order fulfillment and maintain standards.
• Direct visual merchandising, promotions, and store maintenance to drive sales.
• Partner with the team to deliver exceptional service and meet store goals.
• Coach and train team members on processes, selling behaviors, metrics, and initiatives.
• Promote inclusivity and teamwork across the store.
• Uphold Sephora standards and safety policies.
