You will lead daily operations, lift performance, uphold Sephora standards, and foster an inclusive, high‑performing culture while remaining flexible for peak hours.

You will be a key driver of client satisfaction, partnerships with the team, and a focus on safety and loss prevention.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in retail operations or hospitality.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop teams to achieve goals.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Effective time management and ability to prioritize in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Skilled at motivating teams and fostering a collaborative, goal-driven culture of accountability and success.
• Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds as needed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee inventory management, replenishment, order fulfillment, and uphold operational standards.
• Lead visual merchandising, promotions, and store maintenance to drive sales.
• Partner with the team to deliver exceptional client experiences and meet store goals.
• Coach and develop team members and train them on processes and selling behaviors.
• Promote inclusivity and teamwork across the store.
• Uphold Sephora standards and policies for a safe, welcoming shopping environment.
