Job summary

Sephora Anchorage is seeking an Operations Associate to support daily store operations, including inventory, stock replenishment, and order fulfillment. You will assist with visual merchandising to reflect Sephora’s brand and help deliver outstanding client experiences that meet sales goals.

The role requires 1–2 years in retail or client-focused environments, excellent organizational and communication skills, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
