Job summary
AutoNation is seeking a Retail Operations Development Manager to partner with Market and Store leadership to drive improvements in Variable Operations, including Market Share, Gross Profit, and CSI. You will coach General Managers and Sales Managers to implement AutoNation Sales Processes and execute effective action plans.
The role requires 5 years of automotive retail experience and 2 years in automotive sales management, with up to 50% travel to visit stores and support market initiatives.
Qualifications

- Experience analyzing data to identify opportunities in stores and markets.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills; able to coach and train staff.
Responsibilities
- Lead in-store development with GMs and Sales Managers.
- Conduct market visits and one-on-one coaching to improve results.
- Collaborate with Phone and eCommerce teams to optimize staffing and processes.
- Partner with Market teams to drive turnover reduction and CSI improvements.
- Travel up to 50% to support multiple stores and markets.
