Responsibilities

• Lead the sales team and align with AutoNation’s Vision and Mission.
• Set clear vision and goals for new/used vehicle sales and profit.
• Motivate the team to meet goals and adopt best practices.
• Oversee day-to-day operations and drive business performance.
• Negotiate with staff to help customers understand options and pricing.
• Appraise vehicles for trade-in.
• Manage showroom, online, and phone traffic.
• Plan and manage new/used vehicle inventory with leadership.
• Control expenses in the departments.
• Analyze business to identify gaps and create action plans.
