You will set vision, train and coach Sales Associates, and drive performance to achieve targeted unit sales and profitability while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead yourself and the sales team to support AutoNation’s Vision and Mission.
• Set a clear vision and goals for the sales team to achieve targeted performance in new and used vehicle sales and profit.
• Engage and motivate the team to meet key goals and best-practice processes.
• Drive the business with day-to-day involvement and manage showroom, e-commerce, and phone traffic.
• Partner with General Manager to plan inventory and manage expenses for the department.
• Analyze the business to identify shortfalls and develop action plans to improve performance.
