Responsibilities

• Coordinate front-end staffing and daily work assignments.
• Support efficient checkout operations and customer service.
• Direct and support cashiers and front-end staff.
• Respond to customer questions and service issues.
• Train new cashiers and ongoing coaching.
• Monitor front-end performance and address issues.
• Assist with onboarding and new-hire paperwork.
• Maintain employee records and front-end forms.
• Answer phones and assist with inquiries.
• Maintain signage and pricing communications.
• Support management with projects and administrative work.
• Perform basic cash-office duties.
• Cover registers as needed.
