Snow’s Family Market is hiring a Retail Operations & Customer Service Supervisor in Mercer, WI. The role blends hands-on retail leadership with administrative duties and focuses on keeping the front end organized and staffed for excellent customer service.

The position supports cashiers, handles customer inquiries, and helps with onboarding and paperwork. Full- and part-time opportunities are available with hourly pay between $17 and $20 depending on experience.

Formación

• Retail, customer service, supervisory, or office experience preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Friendly and professional customer-service approach.
• Dependable, punctual, and capable of taking initiative.
• Ability to balance office work with hands-on retail duties.
• Basic computer and office skills.
• Availability for a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate front-end staffing, breaks, and daily work assignments.
• Maintain efficient checkout operations and strong customer service.
• Provide direction to cashiers and front-end staff.
• Respond to customer questions, concerns, and service issues.
• Train new cashiers and assist with coaching.
• Monitor front-end performance and address issues.
• Assist with new-hire paperwork and onboarding.
• Maintain employee forms, records, and front-end paperwork.
• Answer phones and assist with inquiries.
• Maintain signage, pricing information, and communications.
• Assist management with administrative work and special projects.
• Perform basic cash-office duties.
• Assist on registers and elsewhere as needed.
