Qualifications

• Retail or customer service supervisory or office experience preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills.
• Dependable, punctual, and able to take initiative.
• Comfortable directing and supporting other employees.
• Able to multitask and balance customer-facing, administrative, and supervisory duties.
• Proficient with basic computer and office tasks.
• Willing to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate front-end staffing, breaks, and daily assignments.
• Ensure prompt, friendly, and efficient service at checkout.
• Supervise and support front-end employees throughout shifts.
• Assist with registers and customer service during peak times.
• Handle customer service issues and basic cash-office tasks.
• Train new cashiers and monitor staff performance.
• Assist with new-hire paperwork and onboarding.
• Maintain front-end records and paperwork.
• Answer phones and handle inquiries; assist with basic office work.
• Assist with pricing, signage, and store communications.
• Support management with special projects and admin tasks.
• Keep front-end areas clean, organized, and stocked.
• Support other store departments as needed.
