Responsibilities

• Will solve problems, make proactive decisions, and collaborate with partners to meet deliverables.
• Identify operational challenges and propose solutions for resolution.
• Work cross-functionally to mitigate risk and monitor outcomes.
• Understand business processes, control structures, and risk dynamics; educate others on changes.
• Partner with Fraud and Compliance teams to identify risks and strengthen protections.
• Maintain a risk register with high-priority threats and mitigations.
• Prepare and conduct monthly and quarterly operations meetings.
• Reduce inbound escalations through clear policies with training and policy owners.
