Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent branch banking work experience.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in related banking field.
• Strong communication skills and professional demeanor.
• Detail-oriented with ability to meet daily deadlines.
• Ability to identify, prioritize, and resolve operational exceptions.
• Supervisory or management experience or substantial experience in an individual contributor role.

Responsibilities

• Problem solving and proactive decisions with partners to meet deliverables.
• Identify operational challenges and propose solutions for resolution.
• Work cross-functionally to mitigate risk and monitor progress.
• Understand business processes, control structures, and risk dynamics; educate changes.
• Partner with Fraud and Compliance teams to identify risks and strengthen protections.
• Maintain a risk register with high-priority threats and mitigation plans.
• Coordinate monthly and quarterly Operations Support Specialist meetings.
• Reduce escalations via clear policies, procedures and training.
• Maintain open communication with regional leaders about issues and remediation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to eliminate duplication and ensure consistency.
• Perform special projects as assigned.
