Job summary

Crate and Barrel is seeking an Assistant Store Leader – Operations to drive store efficiency and back‑of‑house excellence. You’ll oversee receiving, inventory, fulfillment, scheduling, expenses and store tech, while leading training and product knowledge for all associates.

You’ll partner with the Store Leader to execute plans, monitor metrics, and mentor a high‑performing team to deliver a seamless customer experience across all shifts, including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• 2+ years customer service or retail leadership experience.
• Proven ability to drive store operations and guest satisfaction.
• Strong communication and team coaching skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee receiving, inventory, fulfillment and back‑of‑house standards.
• Manage scheduling, expenses and store technology usage.
• Lead training and onboarding for all associates.
• Collaborate with leadership to execute plans and drive metrics.
