Job summary

Financial Plus Credit Union in Flint, MI seeks a Retail Support Administrator to provide administrative support to Retail Management, document procedures for the E3 experience, and participate in strategic initiatives and new offerings.

The role reports to the SVP of Retail Delivery and tracks membership, ancillary insurance sales, and retail trends, delivering accurate, timely performance insights with a focus on service excellence.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of experience in financial institutions with at least 3 years in retail.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and relevant systems.
• Must be bondable.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with retail employees to ensure understanding of branch goals.
• Prepare monthly retail reports related to membership growth and branch metrics.
• Assist in development and execution of the Retail Incentive Plan.
• Manage ancillary insurance product reporting and profitability.
• Maintain library of procedures for each retail product type.
• Support training needs and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
