Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3-5 years in consumer lending; 2-3 years in leadership preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft 365 and common banking software.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the consumer lending operations team for loan processing and servicing.
• Develop and enforce lending policies to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Improve operational efficiency and service quality.
• Coordinate work to ensure timely processing of loan applications.
• Collaborate with departments to optimize loan processing and servicing.
• Monitor KPIs to identify trends and opportunities.
• Provide coaching and training for staff.
