Ideal candidates have 5+ years in financial institutions with retail experience, a degree, and strong Microsoft 365/Excel skills. This on-site role emphasizes compliance, cross-department collaboration, and process improvements to enhance member experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years in financial institutions with at least 3 years retail experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and relevant systems.
• Bondable and able to pass required background checks.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate administrative support for Retail Management teams and document processes.
• Report monthly, quarterly and annual performance of membership and retail trends.
• Develop and maintain procedures related to each retail product type.
• Collaborate with Finance to prepare monthly retail reports and incentive management.
• Support product launches and process improvements across retail.
