Job summary

Gap in Lansing is seeking a Store Associate to support the leadership team by performing assigned tasks and delivering a best-in-class customer experience. You will role-model selling behaviors and collaborate with colleagues to maintain productivity and achieve store goals.

You will help educate customers about loyalty programs, assist during non-peak hours with a customer-first approach, and ensure tasks are completed efficiently while adhering to Gap standards and compliance requirements.

Qualifications

• Support sales leader during non-peak hours with the customer as the priority.

• Build product lifecycle expertise and share knowledge with the team.
• Assist with opening/closing checklists and hours when needed.
• Leverage omni-channel to deliver a frictionless customer experience.
• Ensure compliance standards are met.
