Job summary

LVMH is seeking an Operations Supervisor for Saks Beverly Hills. You will manage daily non‑selling functions, including shipping/receiving, inventory control, loss prevention, and POS operations, reporting to Boutique/Operations management.

The role requires leading and coaching team members, maintaining security and procedures, and supporting payroll and scheduling. Prior retail operations experience is essential to drive efficient store performance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of retail stock/operations experience.
• Ability to work a full-time schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• Willingness to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee shipping/receiving and inventory processes.
• Maintain stock areas, ensure proper ticketing and sensoring.
• Participate in inventory and cycle counts.
• Train and coach associates in operations tasks (POS, returns, security).
• Ensure compliance with policies, safety, and security procedures.
• Assist with payroll management and associate scheduling.
