Qualifications

• 3+ years retail cashiering experience; luxury background preferred.
• Full-time schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, organization and follow-through skills.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and move merchandise.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding service in a friendly, welcoming environment.
• Ring on registers accurately and maintain cash/media.
• Answer phones with proper etiquette and transfer calls.
• Assist in packing or wrapping merchandise and handling exchanges/returns.
• Communicate customer requests to management and assist with openings/closings.
• Maintain orderly register area and stock supplies.
• Support floor moves, merchandising and housekeeping.
