Job summary

Victoria’s Secret & Co Operations Supervisor is a values-based leader supporting operational execution and store readiness. Reports to Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager.

You will drive shipments, replenishment, and stock organization while upholding back-of-house standards and safety compliance. Experience in retail, ability to coach in real time, and willingness to work nights and weekends are preferred.

Qualifications

• Passion for Victoria’s Secret Brand and the ability to drive customer satisfaction.
• Strong attention to detail and execution.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to coach in real time.
• 1–2 years retail experience preferred.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and a flexible schedule.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds, as well as frequent bending, stretching, kneeling, walking, and prolonged standing as part of daily tasks.
• Ability to use technology (headsets, mobile devices, computers).

Responsibilities

• Executes shipment, replenishment, and stock organization.
• Maintains back-of-house standards and inventory accuracy.
• Supports cleanliness, safety, and compliance.
• Identifies and escalates operational issues.
• Scope and level of responsibility may vary based on store size and business complexity.
