Qualifications

• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations in the absence of a manager or Operations Supervisor.
• Support store management and crews to drive store execution and performance.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints, promoting CVS customer service culture.
• Maintain merchandise presentation, stock shelves and execute displays and inventories.
• Ensure opening/closing procedures are completed accurately and on time.
• Protect customer/patient confidentiality and handle inquiries per policy.
