Job summary

Dollar Tree Stores INC is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to help run daily operations, deliver excellent customer service, and develop the store team at our Albuquerque location.

Responsibilities include assisting with store functions, opening and closing procedures, organizing merchandise from delivery truck to stockroom to sales floor, and ensuring displays remain fresh and compliant with company standards.

Qualifications

• Store management experience in retail or grocery environments preferred.
• Ability to read, interpret directives and apply stores policies.
• Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift up to 55 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day store activities.
• Help customers in a positive, approachable manner and address questions.
• Organize merchandise from delivery truck to stockroom to sales floor.
• Perform opening and closing procedures.
• Maintain displays and ensure promotional materials are effective.
• Support payroll, scheduling, and loss prevention tasks.
