Job summary

Brobston Group is seeking an Operations Support Associate to help ensure smooth day-to-day operations in our New Jersey retail store. This primarily non-selling role supports inventory processing, stockroom organization, and customer service as needs arise.

Responsibilities include processing deliveries, RFID scans, replenishment, transfers, and Ship to Home orders; assisting with stock checks and merchandise delivery; and maintaining stockroom and sales floor presentation.

Qualifications

• Back-of-house experience or similar experience in a high-volume or high-profile environment is preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively and build positive working relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Ability to lift or climb up to 30 pounds and maneuver throughout the sales floor, stockroom, fitting rooms, and office.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and potentially overnight shifts.

Responsibilities

• Process deliveries, freight, merchandise tags, and RFID inventory scans.
• Manage replenishment, transfers, and Ship to Home orders while maintaining organized inventory.
• Support sales floor associates with stock checks and merchandise delivery, and assist customers when needed.
• Maintain store presentation standards, fitting rooms, and stockroom organization.
• Participate in visual merchandising and collaborate with team members on store operations.
