Job summary

Brobston Group in Orlando is seeking an Operations Support Associate to help ensure smooth day-to-day operations in our retail store. You will assist with inventory management, stockroom organization, customer service, and maintaining sales floor standards.

Responsibilities include processing freight and deliveries, managing orders and store transfers, supporting sales associates, and upholding visual merchandising and transactional policies.

Qualifications

• Back-of-house or similar experience in a high-volume environment.
• Effective communication with customers and store staff.
• Ability to lift/move up to 30 pounds and move around store areas.
• Flexible day/evening/weekend/overnight shifts.

Responsibilities

• Process freight, inspect deliveries, tag items, and complete inventory scans and replenishment.
• Manage ship-to-home orders, store transfers, retickets, and stockroom organization.
• Support sales associates with stock checks and merchandise delivery, and assist customers when needed.
• Help maintain sales floor, fitting room, and visual merchandising standards.
• Process sales transactions and follow company policies for returns, discounts, and customer data.
