Framebridge seeks a Coordinator, Retail Processes and Support to ensure smooth operation of our retail stores, manage logistics and supplies, and develop SOPs. You will liaise between field teams and corporate, contributing to continuous process improvements.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in retail, strong data analytics, and excellent communication. This remote role requires travel to DC and store visits, with a base salary around $70,000 and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of retail experience.
• Analytical and data-driven mindset.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Proficient in Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Office.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Monitor store and district KPIs and surface trends to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Administer store-specific systems and understand how changes affect them.
• Serve as liaison between stores and HQ via messages, Slack, email, or surveys.
• Generate reporting on task completion, customer sentiment, payroll, and new product launch adoption; share with field leadership.
• Coordinate with factory logistics teams on shuttle schedules, supply needs, procurement, and inventory movement.
• Update store hours across platforms and create monthly operational trackers.
• Assist with creation and upkeep of Store Policies and Procedures.
