Job summary

Framebridge Inc. is seeking a Coordinator, Retail Communications to translate complex directives into clear messages for store teams and to manage a multi-platform communications workflow.

The role drives day-to-day execution of the retail comms strategy, leveraging Zipline, Asana, and analytics to improve engagement. You will craft store-facing content, manage calendars, and support events or activations, reporting to the Director, Retail Communications & Operations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of retail experience in communications, operations, or store support.
• You are an organized, proactive writer who analyzes engagement data and feedback.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple workstreams.
• Detail-oriented with focus on accuracy, clarity, and brand consistency.
• Proficient in Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Office; Zipline and Asana a plus.
• Able to adapt to changing priorities and work well independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Build clear, relevant, and engaging content for store-facing communications aligned with brand tone and values.
• Translate complex directives into easy‑to‑follow guidance for store teams.
• Upload and schedule communications, tasks, and resources using Zipline; maintain docs and version control.
• Monitor task completion and engagement analytics via Zipline dashboards; recommend improvements.
• Build Retail's monthly newsletter and quarterly communications calendars.
• Maintain communications statuses and dates in Asana trackers; monitor Slack for urgent needs.
