Framebridge is seeking a Remote Retail Processes and Support Coordinator to oversee store operations, logistics, and documentation. You will liaise between stores and corporate, monitor KPI trends, and support system-wide process improvements.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in retail, strong analytical skills, and proficiency with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office. The role requires up to 20% travel to DC and stores.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of retail experience.
• Local to a store location.
• Analytical and data-driven with curiosity about performance trends.
• Strong understanding of how systems work and intersect.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Monitor store and district KPI, customer satisfaction, and productivity; surface trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Serve as administrator and SME for store-specific systems and their integrations.
• Act as liaison between stores and HQ, answering questions and supporting field requests via messages, Slack, or email.
• Monitor task/compliance completion, generate reporting (task completion rates, customer sentiment metrics, payroll, new product launch adoption).
• Collaborate with factory logistics teams to support store shuttle schedules, supplies, procurement, and inventory movement.
• Execute internal processes such as store hours updates across platforms and monthly operational trackers; assist with Store Policies and Procedures.
