Job summary

Framebridge is seeking a Coordinator, Retail Processes and Support to ensure smooth operation of our retail stores. You will manage logistics, develop SOPs, and serve as a liaison between stores and corporate teams, reporting to the Director of Retail Processes and Operations.

You will monitor KPIs, support store systems, and help drive process improvements while collaborating with field leadership across remote and in-person assignments.

Qualifications

• At least 3+ years of retail experience.
• Live in a market local to a store location.
• Analytical and data-driven with curiosity about performance trends.
• Understanding of how systems intersect and affect outcomes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Monitor store and district compliance using KPI metrics and productivity standards.
• Administer store-specific systems and understand how changes affect them.
• Act as liaison between stores and HQ, supporting field requests via channels.
• Generate reporting on task completion, customer sentiment, payroll, launches.
• Support factory logistics for shuttle schedules, supplies, and inventory movement.
• Execute processes like store hours updates and monthly operational trackers.
• Assist with creation and upkeep of Store Policies and Procedures.
