Job summary

PHOENIX Retail, LLC seeks a Retail Operations Expert to join the Fort Worth Outlets team. You will help coach stockroom staff, process shipments, replenish products, and support customers and sales associates on the floor.

This full-time role requires high school completion, 0–2 years experience, and availability including nights/weekends. Proficiency with iPad and registers is expected.

Qualifications

• Education: High School or Equivalent.
• 0–2 years of relevant experience; minimum 6 months.
• Availability including nights, weekends and non-business hours.
• Proficient with technology (iPad, registers).

Responsibilities

• Provide coaching and training for stockroom associates.
• Process shipping and receiving orders.
• Replenish stock; maintain stockroom cleanliness.
• Coordinate pricing and markdowns.
• Assist customers on sales floor and with online orders.
• Support Sales Associates during onboarding and training.
• Assist with product launches per SOP.
