Job summary

PHOENIX Retail, LLC, operating Express and Bonobos, seeks an Assistant Manager for Denver Premium Outlets. You will support the Store Manager in supervision, recruiting, training, and sales functions, driving productivity and ensuring an excellent in-store experience for customers.

The role requires 1–3 years in retail, strong customer service, and ability to work nights and weekends. You’ll help coach staff and oversee daily operations in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Education: High School or Equivalent.
• Years of Experience: 1-3 relevant job experience.
• Proficient in use of technology (iPad, registers).
• Demonstrates strong customer service skills.
• Meets defined availability criteria, including nights, weekends and non-business hours.
• Meets physical requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing, inspiring, and retaining top talent.
• Maintain a positive work environment and team-oriented culture.
• Coach, teach and train Sales Associates for performance.
• Partner with Store Manager to identify top performers for growth.
• Participate in interviewing and feedback for Sales Associates.
• Support analysis of business and communicate action plans to optimize results.
• Oversee daily store operations and execute planned initiatives.
• Ensure sales floor coverage to meet customer needs.
• Oversee merchandise flow including shipments and replenishment.
• Adhere to company policies and ensure safety of staff and customers.
• Lead execution of store strategy to meet performance goals.
• Drive merchandising, loyalty programs, and initiatives.
• Create a positive in-store experience and proactive customer engagement.
• Greet and assist customers, share info on products and promotions.
